Are you ready to shape urban, rural, everyday, or even unique landscapes democratically? Looking for partners or fresh ideas? Join our international workshop, where we’ll share the community, methods, and tools we've developed over the past 3 years during the OLA project

Let’s explore together how to take the next steps!

During the event, we will present the outcomes of the OLA ERASMUS+ Project: Democratic Landscape Transformation: Towards an Open Landscape Academy.

What does the workshop offer?

  • Explore the OLA Charta – a collection of principles to guide democratic, community-based landscape planning

  • Learn from real-world examples – inspiring stories and key takeaways from OLA’s living labs

  • Connect with a professional community – meet practitioners who believe in democratic landscape transformation

  • Discover new ideas – see how the OLA approach can apply to your own urban or rural projects

  • Start something together – join idea exchanges and explore opportunities for future collaboration

Who should join?

  • Landscape architects, urbanists, architects and spatial planners

  • Professionals working in participatory and community-based design

  • Civil society organizations, researchers, and university students

  • Anyone who believes in the power of community involvement and is looking for new methods
